In short: we agree scope and price up front, you own what you pay for, and either side can end the engagement fairly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Avenix website and any services we provide. By accessing the website or signing a proposal with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
- Strategy, design and development of websites, apps and digital products
- Growth services such as SEO, digital marketing and branding
- AI, AI agent and automation projects, plus ongoing support
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to give us timely feedback, accurate information and access to the systems and content we need, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you share with us.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Fixed-scope projects are billed by milestone; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's confidential information private and use it only for the engagement. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before we discuss details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. You pay for work completed up to the termination date, and we hand over completed deliverables on payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your agreement with us states otherwise.
